Also, maybe substitute macadamia nut oil for the olive oil, and use generous amounts of black cumin seeds (ala naan). For the sugar.. I’d like to use stevia but I’m not sure if the yeast will work with it. Is my Frankenstein pita idea half baked?

Graeter’s has a great kids room on bethel Road that you can rent.

As with any caterer – try the food first and see what you think then approach the truck with a date, a budget and a range of foods you want to have. We did contact Mandy offline to give her suggestions but we unfortunately do not have time to serve as a broker for trucks and catering events. The trend to have trucks cater for lunch, special events and wedding is growing. Several weddings in Columbus have already tried this approach with success.
